At A to Z PsyEd Advocacy LLC, we provide educational advocacy, consultation, and coaching services designed to support students and families throughout their educational journey.
Parent Consultation Package
$75
For parents seeking professional guidance, educational planning, and answers to special education questions.
What’s Included:
- One-on-one virtual consultation (up to 45 minutes)
- Discuss your child's academic, behavioral, social, or emotional concerns.
- Individualized guidance
- Receive recommendations based on your child's unique educational needs and school situation.
- Special education guidance
- Ask questions about IEPs, 504 Plans, eligibility, evaluations, MTSS/SST, behavior supports, discipline, or school procedures.
- Action plan
- Leave with clear next steps, questions to ask the school, and practical strategies for moving forward.
Please note: This service does not include record review, school email communication, or attendance at school meetings.
School Team Meeting Advocacy Package
$200
Designed for IEP, 504, eligibility, SST/MTSS, MDR, transition, discipline, parent conferences, mediation, and other school meetings.
What’s Included:
- Pre-meeting record review
- Review of evaluation reports, IEPs, 504 Plans, eligibility documents, and other relevant school records.
- Parent strategy consultation (up to 45 minutes)
- Clarify concerns, identify priorities, and prepare questions before the meeting.
- School email support
- Guidance on wording and responses related to the scheduled meeting.
- Attendance at one virtual school team meeting (up to 60 minutes)
- Professional advocacy and collaborative support during the meeting.
- Psychological expertise throughout the process
- Interpretation of assessment data, eligibility criteria, special education law and procedures, educational recommendations, and school-based intervention planning.
- Post meeting follow up & finalized documentation review
- Review the finalized IEP, 504 Plan, eligibility report, or other documentation from the scheduled meeting, discuss next steps, and identify any needed clarifications or follow up to ensure school and home success.
Record Review Package
$150
For parents who want a school psychologist’s professional review of their child’s educational records.
What’s Included:
- Comprehensive record review
- Review of evaluations, IEPs, 504 Plans, eligibility reports, progress data, behavior plans, and other relevant school documents.
- Psychological expertise
- Interpretation of assessment data, eligibility criteria, special education law and procedures, educational recommendations, and school-based intervention planning.
- Written recommendations
- Receive a personalized summary with strengths, concerns, and recommendations within 3 business days.
- Feedback consultation (up to 45 minutes)
- Review the findings, ask questions, and discuss recommended next steps.
Please note: This service does not include school email communication or attendance at school meetings.
Student Coaching
$150
Empowering students with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to advocate for themselves and thrive in school and beyond.
Coaching will be conducted via Zoom. Sessions are scheduled for up to one hour (60 minutes).
Services may include:
- Self-advocacy skill development
- Confidence and mindset coaching
- Goal setting and accountability
- Executive functioning skills (organization, planning, and time management)
- Social-emotional skill development (e.g., helping students manage emotions, build friendships, improve communication, strengthen coping skills, and navigate social situations with confidence and self-control)
- Resilience and problem-solving strategies
- Strengths-based coaching to support personal and academic growth
